I only began running again in 2013 while trying to get myself physically and mentally right.I done my first ever Marathon in 2014 for the Richmond Ward in Beaumount Hospital and each year since i have picked a new charity. The reason i chose ICHH is because i think sadly they are doing amazing work on the streets which is a sad inditment of our Government. The volunteers are doing unbelievable work and with it being my home city i wanted to do more to help and highlight this awful situation.

ICHH is a registered charity with 3 staff members and 200 volunteers supporting families and individuals that are homeless
