My research over the last 20 years has examined how physical activity and exercise can help people with arthritis. Arthritis Ireland has been a fantastic partner and advisor during that time. Their work supporting people with arthritis to live better lives is very important. To help them raise vital funds I am participating in the VHI Women's mini marathon June 2nd.
