I'm returning to volunteer in East Africa for the 3rd time, having worked on projects with UCD Volunteers Overseas in Tanzania in 2011 and 2012.  

In July 2017, I will be volunteering as the team leader on a healthcare project at Kisiizi Hospital, Uganda.

Our team includes 15 people,  combining students and professionals from physiotherapy, nursing, medicine, radiography and human nutrition.

We will work with MDTs at Kisiizi Hospital for four weeks delivering camps for children with cerebral palsy,  physiotherapy treatment, adult, paediatric and maternity care, immunisation and community outreach, and nutrition research.

In order to facilitate the project, each volunteer has a fundraising goal. I sincerely appreciate any donations you may be able to provide.
