My Story
Last year I was introduced to the work of Saint Joseph's by my friend Ruth. Her father is a resident there and I have been working with the team there to design a home that is responsove to the needs of someone livign with dementia.I have seen first hand the care and love given every minute of every day to the resident at Saint Joseph's and I want to help them as much as I can. So when I was invited to join the dance team - I jumped at the chance! (For those who know me they will know that the above line if a complete lie!) It is with trepidation and FEAR that I am approaching this challenge but I am willing to give it a go and try my best if it means supporting the work at Saint Joseph's and helping them become the first dementia village in Ireland. So please give what you can to this amazing cause by sponsoring me to dance the cha cha, or the charlston, or a waltz or a jive (whatever that all means!) Thank you in advanceGarry
